When I turn 18 how will I survive?

My parents are super strict. They are devorced and I cant live with my dad because he cant “supervise” me all the time. I have almost no friends none I can stay with when I turn 18. My mom will kick me out. I am not allowed to own a car, I dont even have a learners permit. I cant apply for a job, actually she wont even let me out to walk the neighbor hood for an hour. our neighborhood is very safe. yet we have double locks, and alarm, a code on the garage door, windows locked and blinds and doors closed 24/7, and the metal door stopers that slide under the door and a wooden one in the sliding glass door. she used to beat me with it but i learned to fight back after about 7th or 8th grade. my 15 year old sister is in diapers which she leaves on the floor everywhere and hasn’t seen a doctor in years.
