Accidently hit the garage cabinet?

We have wooden cabinets installed in front of where we park the cars in our garage. I am 16, just got my license a few months ago. Anyhow I accidently hit the cabinets when backing into the garage. My car has no damage, except for a little pain brush off. The edge of the wood on the cabinet door is crushed though, the door still works. The damage is only slightly noticable. Anyhow they will probably notice it soon, should I just keep quiet about it, and hope they think one of them did it?
A couple years ago my mom completely crushed all the cabinets with her SUV, I just caused the edge of one of the 7 doors to be slightly crushed.
