I want to test my new unit Craftsman 1/2 HP Door Opener Model 139.18453DM without Wooden door but the sprocket (Chane pulley) make a clockwise cycle for 2 seconds (or 4″ distance) and immediately do a anti-clockwise cycle in the same distance.

Following steps I already taken as per manual.
1. Installed Standard Control Console (Door control button), Red wire in Red Tab of back side of motor and White wire in white tab of back side of motor.
2. Both sensor connected with unit and operational (Indicator lights glow steadily), Gray wires in gray tab of back side of motor and white wires in white tab of back side of motor.
3. Tried to adjusting the force and amount of travel.
4. Trying to install unit in Asian country where voltage is 240V but I convert 240V into 120V through transformer (Having capacity 1000 watts).
5. using 2-wire plug for main supply to motor. Earth wire is not available.
6. I have already change interrupter cup assembly and RPM sensor assembly, but result is same.

Pls Help
Other infor req:
1. How much MHz/Hz required for this unit
2. Is there any minimum Ampere required for this unit
3. How I can convert Asian voltage/MHz (Indian Voltage/MHz) into unit required Voltage/MHz
